Haworth Singapore Organic Showroom
Haworth, a world leader in office furniture, hired BEE inc. to complete the calculation, documentation, and submission work necessary for their new Organic Showroom in Singapore. The showroom has successfully obtained a LEED GOLD Certification for Commercial Interiors (CI). It is using rapidly renewable, reused, and recycled materials in both the interior finishing and furniture in addition to having increased views and daylighting to improve the overall office ergonomics.

Haworth Showrooms: Shanghai - Beijing - Hong Kong
Following the success of their Singapore Showroom, BEE inc. was contracted again by Haworth to offer LEED and Commissioning services for three simultaneous Haworth Showroom projects located in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. The Beijing and Shanghai buildings are in LEED Gold Certified buildings. BEE inc. is proud to report the Shanghai and Hong Kong Haworth buildings already been successfully awarded LEED Gold CI certification. Haworth Beijing is striving for the new LEED v.4 Gold CI certification.
Akzo Nobel China Headquarters
BEE inc. was hired to conduct full-scope LEED for commercial interiors services, including fundamental commissioning, for Akzo Nobel's new China Headquarters located in Shanghai. The office has a total size of over 100,000 sq ft spread over 5 interconnected floors. It is located in the well known Shanghai Eco-City building which is LEED Gold Certified. We are proud to announce this project has achieved a LEED Gold CI rating.

Shanghai International Financial District - Pudong
BEE inc. was contracted to offer support for LEED Certification for the 5 million sq ft International Financial District development in Pudong, Shanghai. BEE inc.'s role is regarding the documentation, submission, and coordination for all construction stage submissions and is for the on-site team for Fore Solutions - a prominent US-based LEED consulting firm. BEE inc. is charge of focalizing the on-site LEED work, such as all construction credits and team trainings, to ensure that all standards are being complied with.

AD inc
BEE inc. was contracted by AD inc to work in conjunction on LEED certification for the office space of NetApp in Beijing. The building the space is in is LEED Platnium Certified. BEE inc. is working with AD inc to design the NetApp space to be LEED Gold CI Certified.
China West Technology Park Guiyang China
BEE inc. has been commissioned by Guiyang West Technology Park for full MEP sustainability consultancy and building simulations for LEED certification consulting. This project will be approximately 170,000 sq m and 7 buildings and will have PV panels, ground source heat pumps, LED lighting and highly insulated building envelopes. The technology park has achieved LEED Gold CS pre-certification and will go for full certification in the future.

Jones Lang LaSalle
BEE inc. is working with JLL on energy modeling building projects in China. BEE inc. will conduct energy modeling during construction as well as on-going throughout the building use. This progressive approach will optimize energy savings and reduce the environmental footprint throughout these buildings' lifecycles.
B+H Headquarters
BEE inc. was hired to act as an advisor to the global architecture firm, B+H, for to help them in their Certification of their new China Headquarters located in Shanghai. The team from BEE is working alongside the engineers and architects of B+H to ensure that the office space is constructed with a Gold level standard. The team is currently in the process of helping finish the documentation for the Construction stage.
