yoo Residence - Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

ITC Properties has commenced development of the downtown Hong Kong residential and retail space, yoo Residence, which is due for completion in early 2014. The 30-storey tower plus adjoining podium space is seeking LEED Gold certification and is aiming to set a new standard for sustainable development in the residential space in Hong Kong- being the first of its kind to attempt this type of certification.
