About the project
BEE worked together with SGS to help Epistar, one of the largest LED manufacturers in Taiwan, achieve a LEED Gold certification from the USGBC. For this, BEE performed a whole building simulation analysis to help them comply with several requisites and prerequisites under the Energy and Atmosphere category and the Indoor Environmental Quality category.
Highlights:
-No CFC-based refrigerants
– Ventilation system meeting minimum requirements of ASHRAE 62.1-2007
-No smoking policy
-CO2 sensor to trigger alarm
