About the project
BEE worked with this global luxury retailer on their stores throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America to ensure the spaces follow LEED’s green building guidelines while maintaining the sophisticated lighting performance and elegant aesthetics designed by Peter Marino’s team. BEE also worked on the company’s new Shanghai office and warehouse & distribution center.
In addition to pursing green building certification, BEE incorporated our QLEAR Intelligent Building Management system in a selection of the client’s stores. QLEAR provides our client with a complete cloud-based intelligent management system, allowing them to see, in real-time, the quality of their store’s Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and energy consumption performance. This system has reduced the stores’ energy consumption by 10% in the first months of its deployment, with further energy gains to be realized in the coming year.
