About the project

Manens-Tifs has hired BEE to complete a full energy model as part of an extensive MEP review for a new hotel in Milano, Italy. The hotel consists of three interconnected buildings with a gross floor area of 114,000 sqm that will cater to a number of social and professional activities. The building will come complete with a cinema, theater, restaurant, and conference halls and aim to be a beacon for sustainability and high-performance through the incorporation of critical energy measures; including the use of innovative materials on the exterior and interior of the building to optimize the building’s envelope as well as the use of heating and cooling systems that more efficiently maintain the desired thermal output of the space. This green building project has achieved LEED NC Certification as a result of their environmental efforts.
