About the project
This ITC properties project is a residence and retail space in downtown Hong Kong that includes a 30-story tower plus adjoining podium space. We are proud to say that it is the first project of its kind to obtain a LEED NC GOLD Certification and it has already set a new standard for sustainable construction in projects of its kind.
